I love the show! Dr. Oz makes medical stuff interesting. You learn and have fun. He addresses the issue in a more personal, practical and relevant way. You can apply his advice in daily life. He certainly helps a lot of people.

Default love dr oz but

the show has a lot of helpful tools, but i find dr oz doesn't elaborate enough on the specifics; the bathroom germ show, i threw out my shower cap, but he didn't go on to say what or how to sanitize toothbrushes? can they be microwaved? and if he could answer more emails, i love dr oz huge fan, wish i had a doctor like him. thanks charlely

First off let me say I love Dr. Oz and his goal of educating the world about healthy living. But I find myself somewhat disappointed in the show. I wish the show didn't feel the need to cater to the public's increasingly short attention span, dishing everything out in tiny little sound bites, accompanied by so much "entertainment" that it cuts into the time for real information. Please consider cutting down on all the fluff and add more meat.

I was particularly disappointed with the segment on dressing to look better. While I agree it matters to someone sick, I didn't think it appropriate to this show and actually turned the TV off after a few minutes of it. I understand the need to entertain to some degree, but please balance it better with more information. My years of health focused living may make me more knowledgeable than an average viewer, but I prefer the segments on using natural stuff like food and exercise to prevent disease, although I also like the segments on what damages organs and how to prevent rather than fix the damage, which is what I've always liked about Dr Oz's focus... live in health and you won't need to repair what you didn't take care of to begin with.

I like the show but am disapointed in the web site. Every site I click on to get information on loosing weight leads me to something to buy. When I read the fine print I find questionable charges. I would expect the diet and health information would be given without fees attached.

Although I'd agree that it would be more beneficial if the show delved more on the topics rather than briefly discussing them, I enjoyed the fact that the show was made fun and interactive. Also, having more topics discussed in one session works well for the premiere because it hits more birds at the same time. And Dr. Oz is simply brilliant, and with such a good sense of humor. Who wouldn't wanna have a doctor like that?

I saw Dr. Oz before on Oprah. They talked about penis sizes and stuff about sex.
Well, for his first episode, he tackled issues about women not having enough sex and also about the erogenous zones. I LOVE HIS PREMIERE EPISODE!!!

Look it up on Youtube. What a great premiere!
