Dear Dr. Oz,

My Ciatic nerve was pinched about three months ago playing golf. Half of my body is still semi-paralize. From my right back, chest, buttucks down to my leg. I can only feel about 70% of my muscles. Will I regain my muscles feeling back to 100%? What should I do, to un-pinched my nerve?

Thanks Dr. OZ,

Ed-

Great! Dr. Oz highlights the importance of both cardio and weight training in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. You might also want to do some stretching exercises to complete the set.

That's great! You might also want to incorporate some stretching exercises. It's like having a balanced diet, only it's exercise.
