My Ciatic nerve was pinched about three months ago playing golf. Half of my body is still semi-paralize. From my right back, chest, buttucks down to my leg. I can only feel about 70% of my muscles. Will I regain my muscles feeling back to 100%? What should I do, to un-pinched my nerve?
Thank you for your suggestions. I have already gone once. They have some great family swim sessions.. The personal trainer has put me on 45-60 minutes of exercise. 3-4 times a week. I do some cardio and some weights for arms and legs.
